In the registration form you will be asked for your e-mail (username) and a password. The other mandatory fields are: name, surname, address, postal code, telephone number.
All products in the selection are available, unless otherwise indicated. Some honeys are rare and difficult to produce and can only be purchased for short periods of the year.
If a product is out of stock due to the coincidence of multiple orders, we will contact you promptly and you can decide whether to wait, replace it with another or if payment has already been made with a credit card, you can alternatively get a refund on that card for the value of the product.
N.B. Our honeys, not undergoing heat treatments, are in the liquid or creamy physical state depending on the purchase period.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014)
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. This withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Customer (or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer himself) acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform Azienda Apistica Mario Bianco di Bianco A. (by letter or other means according to the references at the bottom of this document) of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If the customer withdraws from the contract, all payments made to the Company will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from the Customer’s choice to use different types and methods of delivery from the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Azienda Apistica Mario Bianco di Bianco A. was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.
The return of the goods (to be made exclusively to the address shown at the bottom of this information) must take place without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the Customer communicates the choice to proceed with the withdrawal from the contract; this deadline is considered met if the Customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Order Processing
From the moment of receiving the order, APICOLTURA MARIO BIANCO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA A R.L. reserves 5 working days to process the order. The shipment of the order will be communicated by email, where the package code will be indicated to check the shipping status, using the E Com service of GLS.
E Com Service
In case of non-delivery, an email is sent to the recipient with a link to the GLS website where the recipient can request redelivery. Upon receiving the email, the recipient on the site can request redelivery or collection at the office, and cannot absolutely change the delivery address. The recipient on the site can indicate for redelivery a date between the next working day and 10 working days later, and can also indicate a time slot between 09.00 and 17.00.
Times
All our packages are shipped using the E Com service of GLS, and the delivery times are 24/48h calculated from the date of acceptance of the package apply. APICOLTURA MARIO BIANCO SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA A R.L. cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to the aforementioned courier, or caused by certain periods of the year of greater congestion of shipments.
Shipping Costs and Countries
ITALY – The maximum cost is 9 euros for all of Italy, which decreases depending on the quantities and types of products ordered. The total shipping costs are calculated and reported automatically before placing the order.
With a purchase of 60 euros, delivery to Italy is free
ABROAD – The cost for shipping outside of Italy is fixed and only in the countries listed below is:
15 euros: Denmark, United Kingdom (UK), Spain, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Slovakia
19 euros: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Portugal, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Slovenia, Norway
A purchase detail is attached to each order, if you also wish to receive the invoice for purchased products, you must send a request to contatti@mariobianco.com specifying the order number and the personal data for invoicing. The minimum order required for the invoice is 50 euros.
