BEES HAVE BEEN OUR PASSION FOR 4 GENERATIONS
We are Italian beekeepers, we live in Piedmont and this video describes what our family business has been doing for four generations to produce the best quality honey.
ALPINE LINDEN HONEY
The bees are taken to the woods populated purely by this floral essence.
Amber color with green or yellow reflections, from white to cream when it crystallizes. Medium intensity scent, fresh, mentholated, balsamic. Intense aroma reminiscent of officinal herbs, menthol, and flowers of the same plant from which it is produced.
ALPINE RHODODENDRON HONEY
The rarest Piedmontese honey due to the adversities that the bees face in June at an altitude of 1800-2800 meters. It crystallizes in a fine structure that is pleasant on the palate. Weak intensity scent, not too sweet in the aroma, it has elegant vegetable nouances, linked to the places of origin.
ALPINE WILDFLOWER HONEY
No honey can better describe the complexity of the alpine environment in which bees create a blend of nectars foraged from over 50 different botanical varieties.
